Opener repair
Opener clicking, humming or reversing? We'll find the cause.
- Diagnosed before we quote
- Written price before work starts
- Repair or new opener options

When the opener acts up, the problem isn't always the opener. A broken spring can make it look like the motor failed, and a door that's off track will stop any opener. That's why we test the door by hand before touching the motor.
If the opener is at fault, we repair sensors, gears, logic boards, travel limits and force settings, and program remotes and keypads. If it's old, noisy or missing modern safety features, we'll quote a new quiet belt-drive or wall-mount opener side by side with the repair.
Opener won't lift the door?
Don't keep pressing the button. Call us; it may be a broken spring.
Our opener services
We check the door's balance first, because an opener fighting a heavy door will keep failing no matter how often it's repaired.
Opener repair
Stripped gears, bad logic boards, worn trolleys, broken chains and belts, and wiring problems repaired.
Safety sensor repair
Photo-eye sensors realigned, rewired or replaced so the door closes and reverses safely.
New opener installation
Quiet belt-drive, durable chain-drive and space-saving wall-mount openers installed and programmed.
Remote & keypad setup

Which opener is right for you?
Belt-drive
The quietest option. Best when there's a bedroom or living space above or next to the garage.
Chain-drive
Strong, reliable and budget-friendly. A bit louder, and a good fit for detached garages.
Wall-mount
Mounts beside the door on the torsion bar, freeing up ceiling space for storage or tall vehicles.
Signs your garage door opener needs repair
Call us if your opener:
- Hums or clicks but the door doesn't moveCould be a stripped gear, or a broken spring making the door too heavy.
- Reverses before the door closesUsually the safety sensors are blocked, dirty or out of line.
- Stops partway or won't open fullyTravel limits or force settings need adjusting, or the door is binding.
- Is loud, slow or shakyWorn drive parts, or a door that's out of balance.
- Doesn't respond to the remote or wall buttonA power, wiring, logic board or remote problem.
Safety first. If the opener hums but the door won't move, stop pressing the button. The door may have a broken spring, and forcing it can damage the opener or drop the door.
